Our Program
We believe that each child is unique with his or her own learning style. Our thematic based program is carefully structured to maximize each child’s potential and enrich their creativity. We understand the importance of literacy at an early age, making it one of our primary focuses. Our woodland setting allows students to experience nature, science, and the environment by exploring our nature trails, vegetable and flower gardens and wetlands. Our formal Nursery School is a separate program, open to those just attending the Nursery School while offering the convenience and flexibility of our excellent day care to those who wish to take advantage of it.
Our toddler program will focus on socialization and communication skills, using these opportunities to help develop fine and gross motor abilities.
Our three-year-old program focuses on the social skills necessary to transition into school and beyond. The four-year-old program develops the problem solving, literacy and language skills necessary for successful Kindergarten participation. We also offer a Pre-K program for further enrichment before kindergarten if we have enough clientele. This program is based on a year-to-year basis.
The three-year-old nursery school meets on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:00 to 11:30. The four-year-old program meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 9:00 am to 11:30 am or afternoons 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm. All of the programs follow the Canton school calendar and will not meet when Canton schools are not in session.
NURSERY SCHOOL PROGRAMS SEPTEMBER 2024 TO JUNE 2025
Three-year-old Nursery School Program
The fall semester of the three-year-old nursery school program will start on Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025 and run until Thursday, December 19th, 2025. The program will run on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:00 to 11:30. The fall semester will consist of approximately 30 sessions. The spring semester will begin on Tuesday, January 6th, 2026, and end on Thursday June 4th, 2026, and will consist of approximately 40 sessions. There will be vacation periods observed within this time in April . There will be no Nursery school held on November 27th and February 17th. We are closed school wide on Thursday, November 27th, Friday November 28th and Thursday December 25th and Friday December 26th.
The cost for the three-year-old nursery school program is $3622.50 plus a $100.00 registration fee. Payment will be required in seven installments with an initial payment of $722.50 which includes the registration fee, and then six equal payments of $500.00 due prior to October 5th, November 7th, December 8th, February 9th, March 4th and April 5th.
Four and Five-year-old Nursery School Program
The fall semester of the four and five-year-old morning nursery school program will start on Wednesday, September 3rd, 2025, and run until Wednesday, December 22nd, 2025. The program will run on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning from 9:00 to 12:00. The fall semester will consist of approximately 40 sessions. The spring semester will begin on Monday, January 5th, 2026, and end on Friday, June 65h, 2026 and will consist of approximately 60 sessions. There will be two vacation periods observed within this period. In addition, there will be no school on Monday, January 19th and Monday, May 25th.
The cost for the four and five-year-old nursery school program is $5100. There is no registration fee if student attended the three-year-old program; if not, a $100.00 registration fee is due at time of application. Payment will be required in eight installments with an initial payment of $725.00 ($825.00 if new student) and then six equal payments of $625.00 due prior to October 5th, November 7th, December 4th, February 9th, March 4th, April 5th, and May8th.
